I found this while browsing around for hints and tips for my sailing ship. If there's anything you need to know, I suspect you'll find it here. This guy has put together one of the best 'how to' guides I've ever seen.

Yes, it's in Russian. Someone has added subtitles to some of the clips but the videos themselves are self-explanatory.
