As the title says, over the past few days people seemed to be getting a little stressed over one thing or another, mostly because if someone writes something different people can interpret it in different ways.

Can I just clarify that Patrick was NOT banned, but he was shall we say put on the naughty step where he was unable to post for a short while, the fact that he logged in and posted by going through a VPN coincided with him being let off the naughty step.

We (the moderators) have had a few emails from people not happy with certain individuals pm'ing them about their comments in some threads, if anyone isn't happy with someone's conducts on the site please don't take it upon yourselve to police it, you can use the report post link and leave a message saying what you think is wrong or pm me or one of the other moderators and we will take it from there.

We do have a few rules on the site, nothing too harsh just things like no politics, religion etc, a bit of of normal banter is fine.

All threads that had anything negative in them for the past couple of days have been deleted.

I started this site to share modelling techniques and build a forum with others that had the same interest, so can we get back to that?

I'm sorry for any comments that have been taken out of context, I for one want this forum still up and running, I love this forum if forced to pick just one to be on, this would be it, so don't let any, one comment risk it being shut down. I am 100% behind this forum.

Couldn't agree more John, we all share a hobby so lets get on with it!!!!

Cheers Andrew

agree with all said above,John,Ken,Andrew,

I love this place and real look forward to having a chat, joke and seeing some great work, and also the help and advice is always welcome as well,

I tend to stay away from things,if it seams a little well heated or maybe not so good, turn a blind eye,and stay out of it,

I do tend to say wrong things at times, and for that I,m very sorry, and a lot of it can be taken the wrong way,

I'm all for it John. The only comment I have on all this is that you and the moderators do a stirling job on this site......... Thank you.

Can we start an " I love this site thread" I bet it would run into the 10s of thousands (ok I know we don't have that many members) but think of the browsers we must get millions of those (I mean look at the quality of models we produce)

I just want to second what John's said & to apologise for any upsetting that I might have caused or added to.

All that we've seen on here recently is not what this forum is famous for & I shoulder the blame for my part in it.

I'll be thinking very carefully before I hit the reply button.

Once again, I'm sorry & let's get back to being friends & enjoying our modelling.

So, no fighting, no petty squabbles, no venting of anger...okay, looks like I will have to just stick to doing it private...in my shed...with a £^**$** model!

To be honest, I don't think stuff like this really harms the forum-it is like a family-that don't see each other-a big spat now and again, different opinions, some get angry, some find it amusing and then it calms down and out come the tea and biccies. I for one shall play mum and pour...now, who wants sugar?

This sort of thing is normal on all forums , as they grow the written work can be seen differently and interpreted differently due to people's ability to express themselves in the written text so over time people build up an impression of people that may be way off the mark

I'm diabetic so I hope you have sugar free biccies and some sweetener's on hand:)

Or I'm gonna go off on an abusive rant about being left out:p:D:D

I think this forum is great. Compared to some model rail forums and even worse football forums I have never really seen any great problem. All I would say is it pays to see the other persons view as we are all different but the one thing we have in common are models. How we build them may differ but our aim is the same ... have fun and enjoy.

Hey dudes and dudesses

Being a sixties child what anyone says or does rarely phases me in marsh mellow land.

I love you all warts n all
