discussion Clear Lacquer

Hi guys,

I’ve painted the body of my model car using Halfords spray cans but I’ve touched up some minor areas using the humbrol or Revell acrylic paints. Will I experience any problems using Halfords clear lacquer over the top?

I don’t know, but you can always try: paint some scrap material (a bit of sprue, for example) with Humbrol and Revell paints, then add the Halford’s over the top of it.

Quite probably because the Halfords clear is quite strong and will lift the Humbrol and Revell paints..
