I need to conact Revell to request a spare part for a kit. Am in the UK. Does anyone have a link please? Am having difficulty finding on.

I live close to Tring and I went there about six months ago. Revell is no longer in the High Street. However the phone number works. I called it and the message was that all lines were busy - Sunday!!! Will call on Monday.

I posted something very similar to this about 2 weeks ago... I submitted a message via a form on their website and got a letter within a week saying that they acknowledge my request and that the part(s) will come directly from their warehouse in Germany. So, basically, use the web form*, it works!! HTH

*well, assuming the direct approach mentioned above doesn't work anyhow ;-)

i was given that e-mail address from a guy at modelzone and i think he is the main contact for the company, he told me that my request had been sent to their department x which i thought was quite cool lol.

Today I called the number given by Colin. They said all I had to do was give them the kit number (to see if the kit is still available) and they would take it from there. Am at work and do not have kit details with me but hopefully when i call back tomorrow....

Anther update. Called the number given by Colin (above). Gave them kit number and number of missing piece. They took my details and said the part would come from Germany in 4-6 weeks so now we wait. It looks hopeful however.
