Here is a few pics from the Doncaster model engineering show this last weekend.

I attended with our clubs military section, we had our own area for display and 'playing' :tongue-out2:

Went down great with loads of interest from the public and other clubs. Left me knackered though and in a lot of pain but, enjoyed it.

It was a long weekend but, a enjoyable one. If you can make it then great if not...no worries, sometimes other things get in the way. There is always next year Ian.

Thanks for sharing Si. There are some great models on show. You will have to excuse my ignorance but are they all 1 16/1 12 remote control builds or is a variety of other models on show?
How many of your own models did you take down with you?

Hi Steve, all the models on our stands are 1/16 and all RC. I took 6 models: Support Tiger, Dak Tiger, M19, T-72, ZTZ and the GAZ truck-see pics. I also brought two boxes of scenery/props, static vehicles, the halftrack, trucks etc plus the figures and a building, these can be 1/18 as the scale doesn't really matter as they static and at a distance.

The other exhibits are various scales, there was a truck section, boats, steam engines, RC helicopters and aircraft.
