Recently, I ordered Three eduard PE sets unfortunately the 1:32 Bf 110D had a missing fret and the self adhesive on the Airfix Dambusters avro Lancaster zoom adhesive had peeled off and attached to the instructions. I contacted eduard and they replaced it cost free even for postage! Eduard support is pretty good.

That is nice to hear that Eduard are or on the ball with customer service, hopefully the replacements will be much better.

Eduard Customer Service is the BEST! My cat Hetzer got into my hobby room and chewed up the propeller assembly of my Yak-3. A quick email to Eduard and two weeks later a new sprue of parts arrived. Eduard was already my favorite model and accessory supplier. Their stock is even higher now!
