Hi don't know if it's just me but I'm not getting any email notifications to the threads that I have subscribed to. Is anyone experiencing the same problem?.

I receive them without a problem, I've subscribed to this thread will let you know when I get the email

Andy you can switch them on in Forum Actions. This is located in the bar at the top with New Posts etc.

Expect you have checked Vaughan but has yours been turned of by some computer quirk

I thinks those gremlins have got a hold and they won't let go. Still no notifications looks like I'm just going to have to trawl through the what's new? to see how my threads are doing

To further the investigation ......

Have you checked to make sure the email address in your profile is still the same, if it's changed (somehow) then the diversion won't work.

Also it might be worth checking if there's any new spam email filters instigated, primarily if you use an online email software, but also if you use Microsoft outlook as sometimes new "MS office" updates perform changes to your system without any heads-up.

Thanks for that Colin will check those things out. I've noticed that the 'thanks' button has disappeared otherwise I would have thanked you with that.

Well I have gone into my profile and checked the settings, all appeared normal the email was correct. But I thought I might as well re-enter it with another email address that I have and guess what I have started receiving my notifications:emo13:. The only odd thing is that there is the word '***SPAM*** reply to thread' in the title of the email. I can live with this as it's not being put into my Junk folder.

Vaughan I use Outlook Express & all the notifications & loads of spam goes into the delete section.

I have various filters turned on. Wondered if some how a filter had been by a quirk turned on. For some reason unknown to us mortals things seem to change without us even touching the keyboard.

I know sometimes I boot up & a load of things have changed on my windows colour text size of text. Bewildering for such an old fellow like me !!!

Now must go & see if I can find the toilet again. Re-located last time I looked.

Laurie I hope you find the toilet it's one of lives little necessities. I'm just glad that my notification are back as I like to keep up to date with my threads and what's going on, on the forum.Vaughan
