The long anticipated {by me anyway} WW1 dio. Will take my time and enjoy this one, heavy use of Styrofoam in this one, a first for me. Height and depth will be highlighted with trench and shell craters. Using two sets of figures- British and German, this will be a battle scene. Plenty of stakes and wire and playduogh sand bags and the like.


A real wicked mess! Studying WW1 trench photos so plenty of duckboards and timbers about, Oh! and don't forget a major helping of GRIM........Say tuned.....Jim

These are the figures I am using, don't exactly know how they will be positioned yet, but it will be dramatic as possible, plus you know I will be searching the junk boxes for some poor unfortunate "casualties"...........JimView attachment 225578

You can build a deeper trench for the English figures. The others just around the tanks.


Or just build a little scene with a trench, only with figures...without tanks!

Bit more done, dirt + water + glue, pretty simple just spread it about like icing a cake. Will let dry to seal everything, long way to gh! we finally have nice weather..........Jim

Thanks Monica, That's "Mama Cat" as we call her, the matriarch she is, her hunting days have been over for quite some time now, just spends her time lounging about, what a life!

That's sad Monica, we still have her three offspring, minus one - coyotes - but the others are getting fat and lazy too {about 9 years old} life's too easy for them here but I can't seem to get them to do any work! ...................Jim

we have these big steel things take most,and some times i think a fox may take one off,


and other people who just don't like them,or people who like to eat them,


my toms good and stays about home most of the time,but the 2 girls,well there just


hunters,and will go out most nights when im asleep they sneak off ,just naughty things,
