discussion F86 Sabre

I was asked by my better half that I should find a model of an F86 Sabre, who a relative of her's flew during the Korean War. Does anyone know if there is such a model? I'd much prefer a 1/32 scale, but after searching the internet, I've only seen a 1/72 scale (which is kinda small for my liking), and to be honest, I don't even remember who made it, or where I seen it. So I'm wondering if anyone can help.

Hi Robmc, Hasegawa made one in 1/32 back in the 70s, you can still find them from time to time on ebay. Glenn

Now i am not gonna post any of the photos from the site, heck, half the fun is looking them up, so all ya have to do is click the link and be ready for some inspiration

Hi Glenn, I couldn't find any in 1/35th there are some in 1/32nd and 1/48th though, try these links :-

The funny thing is not even an hour after posting my reply to Glenn, I found a nice website: store.spruebrothers.com

I may have even found the website on this forum (I can't remember). And they carry a version of the F86 F30 Sabre made by Kinetic (currently out of stock).

I guess I was just inputing the wrong criteria during my searching, because now I've found a couple sites that do carry it.
