After making many German planes thought it was high time I tryed making a tank for a change. Very different but really enjoying making this one. Any tips on the painting side of things would be gratefully recieved.

Heres my progress so far.

He he yep getting into it big time now. Well I am loving this tank such fun to make I feel like a boy again :)

Heres my progress today. Painted it black first then dust gray revell nu 77 which is supposed to be a good match. Before adding the grey a carefully dabbed on some humbrol maskol with a sponge the sprayed over that with the dust gray. It rubs off nice an easy giving a good paint chipping effect.

Next was a chalk pastel wash mix ground up pastel chalk with water and washing up liquid brown first then black. Then dry brushing with silver and a rub round with graphite. Now getting out the decal sheet.
