discussion Grumman Goose - 1980's Retro TV

I saw a thread on here with an image of a SEABEA seaplane, it reminded me of the Grumman Goose from that old 1980's TV series - "Tales of the Gold Monkey"

I just wondered if anyone else had fond memories of that show!

It was on TV in the Early 80's and appears to have never been screened since.

I was looking for some episodes but only found some clips on youtube.com

Are you looking to buy episodes of the old series? If so, you can find tons of links to sites and individuals who sell them by going to www.google.com and searching for "tales of the gold monkey buy" . I just looked and it came back with something like 853,000 results.

There is even websites that give episode synopsis (1,940,000 of them) when I searched google for "tales of the gold monkey".

I remember the series and watched it each week, and like one of the websites I looked at stated....."ABC had a great series there but never let it stay on long enough to really find an audience."
