discussion Grumman Interior Green - Wildcat

I am trying to match Tamiya Acrylic with the Interior Greens used in the early Wildcats in the Pacific. I have heard it was a colour unique to Grumman.

Any ideas on which colour I should use?

As far as I know Grumman were using the standard colours,bronze green and interior green (the tinted zinc chromate)

I will have to leave it to someone else to give you Tamiya equivalents but someone will certainly have worked them out.

thanks - someone suggested Tamiya IJN Dark Green. Comparing it with colour photos of 1942 F4F cockpits, it is looking okay.
