Does anyone know of a UK based supplier for this paint?

I'm looking principally for Luftwaffe WWII camouflage. Have been using enamels but am getting frustrated with a long wait time for them to dry (especially now it is cooler). I have access to a local Tamiya retailer (and visit their shop regularly) but it looks like other people use Gunze or another for Luftwaffe.

Thanks,

Trevor

they are good colours for planes and good paints as far as i can tell. but i have yet to find a uk supplier!

You may have difficulty as there is a constituent in the paint that does not comply with UK regulations.

Hannants supply a very good acrylic based paint but the name escapes me at present ?

Thats the one RJ,received a good writeup in the model press regards flow by brushing, and the fineness of particles for spray application as well, why not give that a try ? you are unlikely to be able to obtain the one you want in the UK for the reasons stated.

Acryl i believe Barry

thanks for the response. I'll give the Xtracrlylix a try and post an opinion.

My big frustration is that I'm in the US regularly (including now) and visit a model shop that stocks them. However, paint is on the prohibited list for flying. I don't want to get mixed up with customs.

Cheers all,

Trev
