discussion Hairy monsters ruining nice paintjobs

So I have a 6 pound hairy feline monster that just got one little hair right on the hood-scoop and one on the rear quarter panel of a mustang I just painted. I'm wanting to get that fixed up as it is right on a focal point of the car. I'm not wanting to strip the whole car again (cause I screwed up the first paint job). Just wondering if I could use glass cleaner to remove the paint on those regions with a low lint cloth. Or would it be better to try and sand it out? Worst case I could just strip it completely again. But honestly really trying to avoid it.

Might be easier to sell the cat and use any monies to buy a new kit

Seriously you could try the gentle method and see what happens, I am adverse to using anything harsher as this could damage the plastic, even if you fill and prime you will never get it back and you will notice.

Unfortunately at 6 pounds I don't think I'll get much cash for the cat! Not a lot of meat on her bones. I keed I keed!

I managed to get the hair off with 1500 grit sandpaper, then followed up with 2000 grit, and then wet sanded the whole body with 2000 grit. Just recoated it and I think I ended up with a better finish in the end anyways. Just waiting for the final coat to dry. Tomorrow I'll be on to decals I think.
