FUBAR or SNAFU call it what you want I masked part of the wing decal having given it a coat of x20 clear gloss have it a coat of white when I lifted mask it took part of the clear with it so I tried to blend it out with a cotton bud and ipa it sort of worked but not well so I'll wait till really dry and pick out the white free hand or mask with paper but I think it would creep under if I did that

Been doing a bit of research apparently jumpin Jacques so called because the pilots surname was Jacques and he liked to jump the enemy from their six also there is strong evidence that the present day jumpin Jacques was in the famous 332nd because of a lot of traces of red paint on the tail section ie the famous red tail Negro pilots also this airframe has had no major rebuild since manufacture that makes it extremely unique I would say PS just done the gun sight just got to add the glass later and paint the leather pad

Thanks Dougie I'm quite pleased just a shame about me not thinking that the decals would be transparent actually that's not true I did think they might be and chose not to mask over the black and coat with white will I ever learn lol
