discussion Help needed canvas colour

I am hoping someone can suggest which is the best paint(brand) that they use in painting canvas used on German vehicles.

Any help would be gratefully received and would any tips.

I am building the Henschell d33 truck and am at a cross roads at what colour to do the canvas covers on the truck (ie) new or old worn look, so any help in regards to colours and brand of paint and tips on weathering would be great.

I paint german canvas in a drab green. add white to dry brush and black for shadows. Tan would also work. Sorry i cant be more help.
