discussion Help - What is this for Queen Mary kit

I am doing the Revell model Queen Mary, and there is what looks like, part D, a pen?

Is this a speical type of pen? It seems to be for the detail for the windows etc?

Any help as to what the instructions refer to would be appreciated

Hi Mark,

I've looked at the plans, you can download them from the Revell site, and I think what they are saying is that you colour the lines between the windows with a black or white fine point permanent marker pen.

Just a suggestion never having seen this instruction on any other kit.
