Hi....I found your forums accidently by googling how to make a Diarama board....Im in a bit of a rush nso i will keep it breif.

I am a 14 year old schoolboy and I really need some help designing a ww2 diarama. Its for a school project that is set fro around christmas. I really would like to go a step further though...I used to play 40k n started 2 gaming boards both 3x4 sanded them(like with PVA n Sand...) n painted black. I stopped 40k because I lost intrest in it. But I have had a massive collection of forces of valour n Corgi WW2 models(1/72) for most of my childhood. So basicly I was wondering if anyone on this forum could give me som tips and pointers of how to make a ww2 gaming board...I am about to order some styrofoam n oddeling clay to help with the project...What I would like to do is have 1ncxe the Allied forces are assure id like them to push through grassland terrain reash a small German Op n have to push the Germans back to the edge of the board. I would like trenches n a large hill for the german op...I just need some tips on how to do it...I have looked at the wargames board thread but it was not really what I needed. Please get back to me ASAP on this. If anyone does help me on this I will post a WIP thread on the forums for anyone that cares...

Thanks guys

I would really like your help.

Hi Ryan iam not sure about the gaming boards but if you like to have a look in the under construction site iam in due process of building a 1:35 scale diorama from scratch iam writing a step by step as well as adding photos of each stage, you could also check out Rons( spanner570) as well he has done the same thing also check out satnavs as well. This should hopefully put you in the right direction, if you need anymore help just ask.
