Two years in the making and grew form another project.

Story: Two crewmembers are taking a break form general tasks around the vehicle in an area behind the fighting during the Syrian Civil War. The lads have devastated a former FSA – area and one is keen to celebrate with a nice “V- for victory”- Selfie but his mate has other plans………

Model is Trumpeteer figs are Paracel LOTS of scratched elements here including turret interior, building sidewalk, the open ammo crates lots of debris etc, also used was accessories from Royalmodel, Machone and others – just ask….

Provisions on the engine-deck need to be loaded - the red six-pack is an arab brand of Coke - same as the lads are drinking.

Labna means "brick" in Arabic filled in the rebar- cage and used as a very desperate measure against RPGs often in conjunction with sandbags (lots of variations on this theme...) also the diy stand - o

ff armor on the sides are filled with panels, pavement slabs wall sections etc. to add protection to the armor


I am pretty happy with this and do pæan to compete with this and "SNIPER" another Syrian Civil War - themed dio - check the entries here.

Watched a video of the street fighting in Syria and that dio is so much like it - very realistic indeed. Outstanding work.
 
Truly a marvelous piece of work! :thumb2: Speaks volumes to the situation portrayed and should be a real eye grabber in any level of competition. Good luck with your future entry.;)
 
Steven, a brilliant dio. I remember this from the begining , full of detail , and of the best .You certainly worked hard on this .
