I ordered some replacement parts (canopy) for my 1/72 BAe Harrier GR7 on Tuesday of this week and they arrived today (Thursday). You can't say fairer than that - what sterling service - plus an acknowledgement of when they were dispatched. Just wanted to praise them on this forum.

Just out of interest, did you have to pay? ;)

I offered to pay for part plus P&P but it came totally FOC. Ordered part through the Airfix website. They seem to be extremely well organised, obviously if part is not available at the time there could be some delay, which is fair play.
