ordered some paints from John in the shop yesterday afternoon and arrived this morning what a top job he does

Asked if the Shop would be stocking Vallejo flow improver when it arrived in England.


That was last week now in stock.

Yup I can't understand it , I have never had service like this when Internet buying , John has said its just standard Royal Mail post he sends them by , if John can do it why can't others , top man doing a top job

Agree, all the stuff I have ordered in the past have been delivered quickly, top bloke and I have even met him-lovely smile and smells of mint-humbugs and thinners...

Anyway, back to the discussion.....good service is always luadable as that is a very rare commodity now a days. Good on you John, you will be justly rewarded!

John's the man in more ways than one I have asked john for models he dosn't stock and given him the cheapest quote I've been able to find and in all but one case he's beaten the price I've quoted and got them in and eve the one occasion he didn't beat the price he equaled it, I won't shop anywhere else unless he can't get what I want, he's done it every time so far, so, if he hasn't got it ASK if he can get it he will.
