I'm an old Military tank and plane modeler.

Been in it since I was very young.

Moved into a more fine detail modeling lately.

Not much into the "Used" look, but more in line with just out of the Garage or Hanger look.Found the site trying to get detail on models of a US Marine M1A1(2).

My Son is a US Marine, in tank school in Fort Knox Kentucky USA

Thought I would do a model of the machine he will be using.

Model is an Italeri 1:35

Welcome! I used to live in Winnsboro, SC (off highway 34). I actually dated a girl from Mauldin when I was in high school. I'm currently a Marine stationed at MCAS Cherry Point, I've got a few pals in tanks, I'll try to see what I can dig up.
