Hi all this is a little something I have been dabbling with recently, my apologies for the crappy photos, this is tamiyas 1/35 L.R.D.G chevy and breda gun, hope you like it and as always any and all comments are welcome be they good or bad.

Nice paint work and weathering. I like the pink colour ;)

Great job on the 'Pinky' Scott!

Very nicely weathered & painted - it'd be good to have a couple of chaps hanging on for dear life in the back! That driver looks like he means business ;)

Just a question. And I don't really know the answer, you can believe me!!

This vehicle was painted like the Pink Panther or on light sand colours? or change with the theatre?

In 1942 may the lrdg field tested desert pink as a better means of camouflage during dusk dawn and midday hours. Before this and after the colour portend stone was still used.

The Land Rover was named "The Pink Panther" but I have read that the SAS painted a lot of their vehicles pink saying it was the best early morning and dusk camo for the desert. Nice job Scott.

Ahh, thanks for that always wondered why they went with pink.
