discussion Lavochkin La-7

Started on this while awaiting some photo-etch for the Br52 to turn up. This is a small aircraft to work on even it is 1/72 scale. Painted the interior for the photo-etch to go on.Not too bad to work on. Needs to be touched up with paint. Some pics of progress.

Ooh ooh I will take quite a keen interest in this - I treated myself to the 1/48 Eduard Lavochkin La-7 "Profipack" (includes PE and masks and stuff) at the weekend so this will be an interesting counterpoint. Looking great so far, dubious whether I'll be able to manage even close to the same level of detail even in a bigger scale!!

Just been looking at the 1/48 scale one and I may just have to buy one. The 1/72 scale is a little fiddly but I like a good challenge.
