My second Rapide was built from economy materials mostly pizza bases,depron foam,foamboard and pink foam salvaged from builders skips,cereal box card there is plenty of this material going for free and if we do not use it then it is stuck in land fills sites for years,use ply for re-inforced areas and you have a very strong structure,I covered this one in heavyweight Ben Buckle tissue applied with Solvite overlap past then brush painted in Americana silver.
