I have been using Cyberbond Activator for some time. It is a pen pull off the top & you have a felt tip.
It is to prime before C/A glueing ie priming not an activator after applying the C/A.
Cyberbond are only selling these pens in 50s. Tut.
However Loctite to the rescue. They are doing a similar product. Just used it & it works perfectly
Especially for rigging it goes off so quickly. Just prime both parts & when dry, secs, just C/A in the normal fashion.
At the moment it is coupled together with a tube of Loctite C/A. ie you buy both.
