Don't tell the Brits, but I once used RAF Interior green (it's pretty close and it was all I had...) on an Me-109 (my first one I think).

It depends on the date.

As a rough guide if you are doing a Bf 109 E or an early F then RLM 02 would be the default colour. That's a greenish grey colour, and surprisingly light. There are always exceptions.

If you are doing anything later, F, G or K then the colour would be RLM 66. That's a very dark grey with a hint of blue in it. For a G or K this is as much of a certainty as you are likely to find in the Luftwaffe colours' minefield.

If you have a particular aeroplane in mind the interior might have been photographed and be identifiable. Luckily the two colours (02 and 66) look quite different even in black and white :)

The official Reich Air Ministry (RLM) colour was RLM 02. All RLM paints were numerically coded and the manufacturers were expected to match each batch of a paint to an official chip. Verbal descriptions are unofficial and different organisations used different descriptions for the same colour! RLM 02 is a greenish grey colour usually described in German simply as 'grau.

If you google 'RLM colour chart' you should get some results that, given the vagaries of scanners and monitors, will give you a good idea of what you need.

A German friend told me quite recently that there are moves afoot to do away with wonderful compound nouns like this. There is something very Germanic about putting a whole load of words together to make one long one. I bet their school spelling competitions are fun !

Don't get me wrong, I love the Germans (I even married one), but yeah I do find it a little confusing sometimes.
