Awoke us clattering over out flat at 6:00am. A Fleet Air Lynx Helicopter Landed a few yards on.


Also with it 2 RN boats and a host of lorries etc.


HMS Iron Duke, type 23 Frigate, is due in harbour later.


Hope the weather holds out as the show is really something. Going to watch the Royal Marine Band Beating Retreat later this evening some sight.
