I recently went to a garage sale in east Texas and purchased a Premier Balsa Products 1/4 Scale Piper Cub Kit. Everything was there except the manual on how to build it. I have not been able to find a current listing for this company, but would definately appreciate a copy of some kind.

Hi,

Have you found an instruction manual yet. If not i have one of these kits part built,it is up at my mum and dads house.

I am going up on Monday to visit them and will drag it out.I am sure i also increased the size of the booklet to A4 size and copied it.

I can either photocopy it for you and post out at the postage cost or we have a fancy copier/scanner at work that will save it to a file which i could email to you, when i figure out how to do it.

These kits are now very rare,they also did a scale tiger moth as well.

I visited the Loughborough MFC Swop Meet and came away with a Premier Piper Cub 1/4 scale kit. The box graphic mentions an 'instruction book with step by step assembly by numbers' which would have had a parts list.

Unfortunately Like Big bluebeast both instruction book and parts list are missing from the box which, as it is a complicated model, will make building this model 'interesting' to say the least.

If anyone has a set of instructions who would be prepared to copy them and post them to me I would be very grateful. Obviously I would pay for the said instruction book.

Hello all, I have just joined the forum to see what info is about on the premier balsa 1/4 cub before i start the build. I came across this listing. I have copied the instructions and parts list as the book was looking worn out.If anyone wants a copy let me know. will have to post as i scanned them in at high res and enlarged to A4 so i can read at work and it ended up about 1 1/2 gb so cant email.

In the mean time can you let me know how your getting on with the build as this is my 1st large project.

Yes I still have the instructions in pdf format. I also have an instrument panel in jpg format that you may wish to use. I will attach them both here it as it may be of some use to others.
