Finally started on this bust, eyes first. Just noticed a white bleed on the left eye, cheek corner – so need to cut that back. Really happy otherwise with the progress, funny how the helmet seems to change her demure ;

Cheers Moni, All been done by hand ( well her face is, will lay the initial colour for her uniform via airbrush and then hand paint in the Digital Camouflage )

Spent a bit of time last night on her face, building up the highlights, cheeks, etc;

next - build up hair colour and paint in the helmet webbing / Strap - and try not to get any paint on her skin

You're doing great work with the face,the colours you're using really set it off.


I was wondering.Did you repaint the eye's from a brown to a blue?.


Because the first 3 pics of the thread show brown and the rest show blue.


Can't wait to see how you do the digi camo.

Thanks, No the eyes are blue, must be the difference between a Nokia 620 and an iPhone 5c camera , with the I phone coming out on top

Got the helmet straps painted at the weekend, and toned down 'her' lipstick.
