discussion Model Auster for C4 documentary

Hello,

I'm a documentary director making a film for Channel 4 about an operation in World War Two where two Auster aircraft (AOP.IIIs I believe) evacuated some downed American airmen from Borneo in 1945.

I'm looking for a scale model of the Auster so that one of our contributors can demonstrate how the aircraft took off and landed on a tiny bamboo airstrip in the middle of the Borneo jungle. I just need a small model - 24" wingspan or smaller would do.

I was wondering if anyone on these forum has a model Auster - or whether they'd be able to put me in touch with someone who could help? I'm happy to pay either to be loaned a model or to purchase one...
