.People who only call round when they want you to vote for them ............ They never just sort of call in to say "Hi, I was just passing and thought I'd drop by, just to see how you are"..........

Still, mankind is the most vicious and ruthless predator this planet has ever seen. Any system that allows us to live together without exploiting that talent can't be all bad!

I can't disagree there Jim. Generally though, my thought was that it's usually safer for folks to walk the streets and live peaceful lives - lawbreakers aside - in countries that have a stable political system than it is where there are power struggles between different political systems.
