Thanks Steve once the detail parts get here they should be done soon. I’ll post some more updates later

You are braver than I am. I do not do well with wood construction, in fact, I like it almost as much as Resin Kits (Not) Looks like you are having fun with this Lee, so I'll leave you to it and check your progress from time to time. Rick H.

Rick. Thanks always liked craftsman kits this time of year reminds me when I used to build my own kites and mom would tear up small bits of sheets for the tail hopefully these will be done by the weekend if I get my parts

Got some paint on the wagon and decaled it. I didn’t like the way the wheels turned out I may buy some replacements

Lee, I'm not sure what bothers you about them, I think they add character to the build and accentuate the unevenness of the rough cut lumber these wagons were constructed with back in the day. Rick H.

Sorry, misread your post. Never did get to see the wheels after you painted them so can't make a call on that. Up to you Pard.

Rick. Think I will go with a different style instead of the ones I have

John. Thanks for the complement and stopping by your never to late

Thread owner
Steve. Thanks for the complement I will there on order I’m glad I took this route of put individual strips of wood instead of a piece of wood that was scribe

That looks just right Lee. Very wagony indeed. Good choice on the wheel replacements by the way. Rick H.

Rick. Thanks a few more details and they both will be done. I’ll be building more Circus wagons if you want to follow along
