Wow that looks sore, my boss had similar problem from a heart op and that was private, so not just the NHS

Glad you found the problem. Disappointed you seem to be denouncing the whole NHS. I have had great experiences with the NHS in a good few different areas.

Dougie youre right, i shouldnt put the whole NHS in the same pot, but this whole affair for me has been a disaster from day one. Its only since the guilty partys insurance agreed to pay all private medical care that ive managed to get things done, including the offer of a pinned spine so i have a chance of walking again. The NHS wouldnt even consider it, making me feel their want to give the best is lacking.

I really feel for you, there is no way I can imagine what your going through, I sincerely hope you very better. The doctors saved sarah's life after she gave birth the other month and she is a nurse and I see the aftermath of her her dealing with drug addicts and scum etc...

You are right mate, and there are lots that are very very good, and unfortunately marred by the minority that arent.


I have to say, i think that the nurses whatever their speciality or role, work harder and have more caring and compassion than most of the doctors. And then they get paid crap for the privelidge.

Tis true there are some gems in the NHS my sister's son died 3 times and they bought him back (badly disabled now) but my sister won't have a thing said against the NHS my nephew has had a really bad deal in life(he's 32) now docs said he wouldn't reach 14 in fact they've been wrong on everything, he will always be incontinent (wrong) will never walk(wrong) will never talk (wrong) numerous other things, my sister always saw it as a challenge to be overcome, and you could,nt meet a happier or more contented person than Richard he is so lovely, is in pain all the time, is on medication which has to be measured accurately and blown up his nose every day, get it wrong, not enough or too much and he would die. I looked after him for 2 days when he was six, and I can still remember the stress and my sister has had that for 32 yrs, don't know how she does it. I love Richard he is such a nice (i want to say kid )(well mentally he is) I wish more people in the world were like him, loving, caring, and accepting, the world would be a much better place.
