I have been watching some you tube tutorials and wandered what the Tamiya panel line accent paint actually is I have tried very thin paint but it flows nothing like the Tamiya stuff whilst keeping high pigment content.


Also I have seen them using liquid to mix washes up out of pastel powders any idea what this is the tutorial was foreign so being an English numpty I have no clue what was used.
