Ok if I can join the watch list ??

Now that my dessert Panzer IV finished I'm thinking along lines of another full build of one. How's about a new straight out of factory late panzer G/H/J ( part sprayed in your desired Color and half Iron red ( few guys spraying in the factory (, table abd puddycat drinking saucer of milk )

Too much ?

Anyway Monica I'm on board for this

Regards

Robert

This has to be one of the truly best designs of tank. Not only was it quite successful in it's own right, the chassis was used for some really diverse and effective conversions. Oddly, although I really love the IV, I have never built one. Another for my must do this year. Nice work as always Monica.

Is this going to be a snowy one? ( being Kursk ) wasn't this the last German tank battle that they lost?

Kursk or more properly Operation Zitadelle was in July, so no snow I'm afraid!

As to the outcome of the battle(s), in a numbers game, the Germans came out on top. However that was the Russian plan - to bleed the Panzer Divisions white at the expense of their own forces.

As a result, and with the Allied landings in Italy, the Germans lost the cream of their forces & paved the way to their defeat.

well got lucky and come home early, :)

all the moggies outside sleeping or trying to find some think to kill,

well the two, girls not Mr tomcat, :D

so I decided to get the paint on this one, when for a lite gray, then dark gray panel lines,

then German dark yellow, with liter spots where it gets the most light, and then German red/brown

camo patten, ;)

Im happy with how its progressing so far,and do like the camo,if I,say myself, :P :D

well hope you like it so far, ;)

the reason I lefted the KV 1 sit for a day or more is too be sure that the glues dry,

not braking any more 05 or so brushes, with wet glue,:eek:

so sorry there is alot of pics shows what I did do,in stages, :D
