discussion Pasta, bacon, chicken, sausage in a sauce with cheese on top...oh dear.

I had this yesterday as a lunch meal when me and my missus went out...it sat heavy and gave me indigestion...ant-acids taken even a glass on milk to try and sooth. Then it all went wrong at half-three this morning...gripes, pain and bed to bog hoping...in the end I stayed up from 4 until gone 7 this morning. Bonus was I managed to watch a program on the P38 Lighting...looked good what I saw of it.
