I looked at a battery operated one of these then found one powered by a transformer.
Tried it now for a week & it is a very useful little addition.
Has a switch which also controls the speed from virtually stopped up to very fast. The chuck has a push button lock.
Comes with a tool range & although for pets claws/nails etc they work perfectly with plastic. The Dremel accessories with the thin shank will fit perfectly with this machine. The larger shanks are to large for the chuck. Also handy for drilling & shaping hand made pieces.
Fits nicely in the hand. The beauty of this little machine is that it is possible to target exactly the area you wish to file or sand which is not possible with a hand file. Gets into very small spaces. Dremels are great machines but difficult to manipulate in one hand. This little machine is perfect. Costs about £14:99 including post on Amazon
