ok guys pet hate time what is it that you hate more than anythin else????

mine is people who talk to shop assistants as if they were their personnal slaves

Mine is shop assistants that talk to each other while serving you as if you wasn't even there, that really winds me up.

and people that won't admit when they are wrong

i agree with john and the talking assistants

and people who dont admit they are wrong is really annoying too no matter how much evidence you can pull up on how they were wrong they still wont admit

another thing that annoys me alot is your walking through town when its busy and all these asshole just barge past you knocking you into others like they have right of way

OK I have another couple

1. the American influance in the British language, I was in a computer shop the other day and a young lad was on the phone to a customer and he was talking through something, he said to the customer you should have a Z drive, but pronouncd it ZEE and not ZED, my son does it as well and I always correct him.

2. People on forums that can't be bothered or simple don't know write properly and use stuff like, do u no wat or is da eny1 dat can understand dis, whats with the education system today :sobbing:

The sad decline in manners,courtesy costs nothing.

Having worked in shops myself I agree with what Nigel says,and the customer is not always right.

Some companies could also benefit from teaching their staff how to answer the phone in a manner that instills a professional business.

Those initial impressions really count.

what really annoys me is

people who drive in fog or poor wet weather without lights on !,

boy racers who drive in summer in the day with fog lights on !

income tax !

shop staff who say 'if we have it in stock- its on dispaly@ when you ask if they have something that is not currently on dispaly !

speed cameras in non accident hotspots annoy me !

and most of all pineapple on top of gammon annoys me !- pineapple should be the desert !- dont spoil a good bit of meat with a chunk of fruit !

mine would have to be when parents think they know they are wonderful but most of the time they arent and think they can use their children so they cant have fun and no its not you dad seriously
