Here's my entry for this group build a nice looking kit with the usual tamiya quality also it has pe and some metal parts the car I will be doing was driven by John surtees.

Nice choice Peter. The developments in racing technology that Surtees and his contemporaries saw must have been incredible. Look forward to seeing your build, looks like it's a very nice kit.

I have the small kit of this by tamiya yours looks much better and the engine has so much potential for enhancing

I have now made a start on front driver's tub fairly easy stuff for the moment all parts have had a under coat and three top coats of whiteView attachment 249756

Here's a little update the small dashboard is finished complete with stick on chrome instrument surrounds

Here's my next update


The rear suspension is finished with no issues and I have just finished wiring the engine and I have had to swap the clear tubing supplied with the kit as I did not fit for the fuel injection portsView attachment 250531
