Hi everyone.

Another trivial post though one I'd be interested in reading your answers.

Do you have phases during building a model that you enjoy over everything else?

I'm in a decalling mood at present, though some of my kits are a long way off of that. Yet over Christmas I was in a sticking mood and as a result now have a ton of kits waiting for filling and priming etc.

Does this happen to you or am I ill or something *giggles*

I go through phases of types of models. As a teenager most were aircraft although I dabbled in just about everything, then I went through a phase of building a lot of motorcycles and now I'm brobably into boats and ships more than anything. I do like to remain diverse but I definately go through those type of phases.

As for just wanting to do decals or sticking together, you're right, you're probably ill!!!

You probably need to try something that you have never even considered before just to snap you out of it!

Thank you for confirming I'm ill! I will try something different as this is the year of my 6th scale Panzer III or IV...or maybe a 6th scale E10. I have the Panzerbunnies for whatever I do too.

That is why it will more than likely be the E10 instead. Tiger 2 wheels, PIV tracks and a Hetzer mantlet. This is only a guesstimate, I shall have to get the Dragon kit to see before I start anything, just incase my first ideas are wrong.

The only drawback to an E10 is the girls I'll have to leave out...can you honestly say to them "Oh sorry you can't go for a run out on the beach coz there is only room for two!"

Hmmm...one of my Panzerbunnies seems to be AWOL. I'll have to get my MP out to find her...

Ahh so these are the panzerbunnies - and Yep yer ill alright!

But you have a healthy interest in Military History so I guess it averages out!

That 1/6th scale E10 will be big enough to drive around your garden in wont it? As long as you don't drive it wearing the Pan Am outfit I think you'd be ok - otherwise that would be just plain surreal!

Hey Tiger, there's a nice little distraction for your crews. Chasing them will beat the hell out of chasing squirrels won't it?

Panzerbunnies, brilliant, I think whatever it is you have Pan Am Clipper Girl it's incurable!!

Incurable? Possibly, yes.

Love the Martin, is it a Strombecker one or something else? It really looks pretty.

The Falcon/109 is right up my street:hehe:

Can you guess what is happening here? (right click on picture and open to see a better sized one. Sorry guys I haven't got the hang of posting big pictures yet :( )

Hi Barry, love the clipper. Clippergirl pointed it out to me while I was across the other side of the room, and I didnt take a proper look at it till now. Sorry , I responded with" looks wooden, probably the strombecker one".

OOPS!, its marvelous!

Almost! Exchange Fritz for Freya and you'd be right!

Poor yes...fun...absolutely. Truth is I have a lot of plans for my stuff and they were just hanging around. Had to do something with them ;)

I'm fed up of things dropping bombs and stuff as I said before, that has been relegated out of the way. My airliners live there for the time being.

The Martin 130 is scratchbuilt from a Cleveland Peerless plan, span around 4 feet, balsawood construction.

Really neat. Flying boats are very thin on the ground in certain scales.

I'd love a flying clog in 1/48th fingers crossed Founderie might do one eventually.
