As my circuit board for my fire engine needs replacing I will be trying this one for the first time in almost 30 years it's not the worst kit I have ever. Done but even straight out of the box it makes a decent kit.

Blast from the past Pete, always liked the Trident.

Start made just a quick fuselage clean up (not much needed).
And the windows put in one side.
Inside view.
And the outside.

I have the fuselage halves together but needs a lot of work and filling top filled ready for sanding.
Bottom filled and sanded
I have decided to chrome the engines they are together and filled.

All filling and sanding done and painted and gloss varnish.
Rear wing finished and painted.
And I thought I would try having my engine's chrome.
As I am starting to get the hang of using alclad chrome.

HI Peter loved the BEA trident but never did get the chance to fly in one but i thought the BEA colur scehme was great white - silvers black - an red wings this will be a little cracker when done an could you stand a tamyia jar beside it so i can get an idea of size ?

cheers Peter its bigger than i thought it would be all you need now is a nice BOAC VC 10 stand beside it as i thought they an the BOAC boeing 707 WERE the nicest looking aliners goin back in the 60's an 70's very nice looking airliners:thumb2: :thumb2: :thumb2: ps an them crome engines will really set the plane off

It is 1/100 Chris IIRC.

I couldn't find it either so I had a butchers on scalemates

I have got all the decals on but I only had a couple of goes after that they start to become a bit useless hence the long side ones are a bit wonky.
And wings and landing gear done

REALLY lookin good Peter an i cant see any wonky decals looks very good to me love these planes in their nice bright colours very well done so far
