If you like the dash and glamour of flying old aeroplanes then this one is for you,plenty of lift there with three wings and they fly like a trainer as well,the Fokker Triplane immortalised by Baron Von Richtofen makes a superb flying model,in fact every one that I have seen flys very well indeed.

Make the model a winter project and the three wings will not seem so bad after all ?

Flair do a couple of excellent kits one is for quarter scale and sure looks good when built,you will need a big four stroke for this one though.

One good thing about these types is that you can simulate the primitive undercarriage springing of the original aircraft,a bungee rubber between the axles.
