hi couple of random question's 1970-80 what colour is Raf blue?
what is or was AVTUR?

building a HM BEDFORD QL REFUELER TRUCK...
any ideas?
 
AVTUR is the name used for AViation TURbine fuel. Jet engine petrol. And it smells flippin' brill ;)
 
Oh and if you see FSIIE (FS2E) next to the sign saying AVTUR then it means the fuel has anti-icing liquid in it :)

So if it was fuel for a non jet aircraft no AVTUR signage
