As you know, I am the last person to do an aircraft...just cannot do them. However, I do like them and enjoy looking at the superb models that you guys produce.

I also like to watch RC ones and found a vid of a large scale Lanc, some of you may enjoy it.

Also a RC BF 110 crash.

I wonder how much that crash cost them.
Hate to think Ralph. I used to do RC boats and dropped three due to my disability...gave it up. Even if I wasn't disabled RC aircraft would be destroyed on a weekly basis...if I had the room and funds. :D

I remember when I was young I built a flying glider kit I spent a few months building it.

When it came to fly it for the first time I went up Moel famaeu, launched it and within a few seconds it just dipped and smashed into the ground.

My mate was laughing his head off and I was nearly in tears. :)

You have to be dedicated and have cash to fly RC, copters or gliders, just so many variables and plenty of aggro. That is why I have my RC tank, not too many issues and the only real danger is getting shot by my lad or the wife running over the tank.

Have to say these RC planes take a lot of dedication and a lot of money piped into them ( I mean a lanc has 4 engines that's 4 Morris and to get them all to run even and smooth the engineering must be enormous and when they nose dive ( big ouch )

Tanks have no where really to fall but behind a Michelin y don't stand much of a chance.

I liked the Me 110

Regards

Robert
