Bought this for myself, as a Dspiae fanboy, I do tend to like their stuff, as its all good quality gear IMHO.
Like most Dspiae stuff it comes very well packed with its own distinct outer packaging.

Once the outer packaging is removed it reveals a very nice hard plastic inner box, with a lid that is opaque.

On opening the box lid there are two padded trays, a top one and a lower one. Each tool has its own place and is a nice snug fit.

So whats included in the box.
1 x Basic single-edge cutter/nippers.
1 x Parts separator/Push opener
1 x panel liner pen/applicator
1 x hobby knife/scalpel.
20 x Spare knife blades.
3 x Sponge sandpapers of various grits, #400, [NODE="800."]Kyosho Bladerunner Upgrade[/NODE]
5 x Adhesive backed sandpapers of various grades, #400, #800, #1000, [NODE="1200."]What really quality model next[/NODE]
2 x Carbon fibre sanding plates
3 x Semi-rigid sanding sticks – #600, #800..
1 x Glass polishing file.
1 x Pr of Straight tweezers.
1 x Pr of Angled tweezers.
1 x Pr of Modelling scissors.
The nippers are very nice, decent quality, give a nice cut on the sprue.
I already have a couple of other nippers, but you can never have too many, right?
The parts separator has small button, that when pressed, allows the spring loaded metal blade to protrude forward, much like an old fashioned flick knife! Useful for prising things apart and for opening the Humbrol type paint tins with Airfix starter sets, etc.
The knife/scalpel is quite small, but looks nice quality and again, gives a nice clean cut or useful for scraping, etc and it comes with lots of spare blades, eg: 20!
The panel line pen/applicator is also very nice, resembles a nice fountain pen, so it sucks up the panel line fluid via capillary action, and is then applied via the very fine nib, and it does seem to flow very well, simply hold it in place it the fluid keeps running, or dab it and use it like a pen and "draw" along the panel lines and the flow can be easily controlled.
Both the knife and panel line pen have nice snug fitting end caps to keep things safe, clean, etc.
