The old Airfix Gazelle in RN 'Sharks' markings (decals came from a Model-Art set). The kit's a bit basic and needed some work, including a mostly scratch built cabin interior, new clear parts (except the main windscreen bubble), changing the fenestron to the other side of the tail, and lots of other 'tweaks'. I wish I'd done a better job of straightening out that landing skid though, it really bugs me now. The kit's also a renowned tail-sitter so there's lead weight crammed in every available space, but it does sit on its undercarriage... just :)

Great work Mike and a great scheme. I know the difficulties with this kit and you've done a fantastic job of it. Top marks

Looks an excellent work.

You always choice a very interesting schemes, Mike ;)

Lovely model.

Great work Mike one of my favourite helicopters very bright but very well done

Your builds are photo-realistic Mike! Superb & that landing skid only shows... a bit ;)

I just hope that the paint on the picture is a 5l bucket.. If it isn't, I need to give up modelling.. :P

Amazing piece of work, as usual!
