hey all I just repainted my first model and used a satin grey enamel, is Satin a finish only or can it be used as a primer? should I use matt as a primer??

Scot in the line of things it goes.

Matt finish

Satin finish

Gloss finish

Satin being semi gloss.

Not a thing to use as a primer. Best to use a dedicated primer which goes with the paint you are going to finish with.
