Sea Blue Matt or Gloss?

Hello

I need Sea Blue gloss paint for my 1/72 Vought Corsair. I have Matt sea blue XF-17. Am I ok to just spray this on and then apply a clear gloss on top please? Any tips greatly appreciated. Many thanks. Aidan

That will work just fine and also the gloss coat will serve as a good base for your decals if there are other non gloss colours aswell.
