Hello, I'm just getting back into modeling after years being away from it.....I love watching documentaries on ww2 from streaming services.....so airplanes is where I'm going to start.....then tanks..... so my question is who makes a good snap together model in both aircraft and tanks?.... I've been watching YouTube videos of guys building both aircraft and tanks with glue and painting and such and I have no problem doing that as well but I'm just looking for something different maybe just a little bit faster..... I do like to paint I guess I'm just looking for something not as tedious as some models can be..... I'm basically just using brushes now as I don't have the ability to spray paint anything especially in the winter time.... thanks for any reply I appreciate it

Hi and welcome mate.
Most half decent scale model kits will be glue and paint and have quite a few parts.
But there are also lots of snap together type kits, eg, Lego, BuildArmy, Reobrix, etc, but they will not be as detailed and probably not to scale either?
You could look for scale model kits but with fewer parts, and you don't have to prime, paint, weather them if you just want to build them instead.
Kits with fewer parts, tend to be at the cheaper end of the market, and also at the smaller scales, eg: 1/72 or 1/76, etc.
Let us know how you get on mate, and pics are always good.
Cheers

Oh yeah, also forgot that Airfix do the "Quick Build" range of kits, so might be something there for you? Cheers
